About Us
Our Story
A little about the owners
It all started when Stephen Fore and Kristy Hansen couldn’t figure out where to eat in Southern Pines. They quickly realized there was a great hole in the food scene that needed to be filled, something on-the-go, healthy, and with parking and a drive-through. Our idea was organic, wanting to fill the salad and baked potato need in the industry. When the opportunity presented itself, we went into the space to tour it, the bones were there and knew exactly what we wanted to do.
Stephen started with an easy bake oven when he was younger, and grew up working in fine dining and casual dining, and he also had a food truck for several years. Kristy worked for corporate Outback Steakhouse at the start of her career. Kristy focuses on aesthetics; Stephen focuses on the food forward side of the business.

A European Vibe in Former Southern Pines Bank
Stephen and Kristy took on the massive renovation of the historic Wells Fargo Bank building on Broad Street, restoring some of the original elements, while creating a bright, contemporary European-inspired space.

Our Commitment
Giving Back
Kristy and Stephen want to keep the concept of giving back alive in the community.
They work with non-profits and food banks, including Tambra Place and Friend to Friend for items they don’t immediately use in the kitchen.
